Understanding International Bra Sizing Systems

US Bra Sizing

US sizes use even numbers for bands (30, 32, 34...) and letters for cups (A, B, C, D, DD, DDD...). This is the most common system in North America.

UK Bra Sizing

UK sizes are similar to US but use a different cup progression: A, B, C, D, DD, E, F, FF, G, GG, H. This is standard in the United Kingdom and some Commonwealth countries.

EU/European Bra Sizing

European sizes use centimeter-based band sizes (65, 70, 75, 80...) and standard cup letters. This system is used across continental Europe.

French/Spanish Bra Sizing

French and Spanish sizing adds 15cm to the EU band measurement, so EU 70 = FR 85. Cup letters remain the same.

Italian Bra Sizing

Italian sizes use numbers for bands (1, 2, 3, 4...) rather than measurements. The cup letters are similar to the European system.
